PES will do our part to contribute in making
it most memorable.
Services
Whatever you need in the way of audio presentation and event lighting can be provided. Multiple audio setups (e.g. PA setup at wedding location and main music setup at reception location) can also be provided. If you do not have a master of ceremonies for the reception, PES can happily provide that service for you.
Cost
Please send an e-mail requesting a copy of the standard Wedding Price List. This is just a guideline, final pricing will be sent in a written quote once all specifics are factored in.
Meetings
We have found it wise to have a face-to-face meeting with the couple and their wedding planner (if one has been hired) as far in advance of the wedding day as possible, so that we can get a feel of the couples wedding day expectations. We are also always readily available and reachable for any questions/concerns the couple has prior to and day of the wedding.
Forms
There is a 'Special Events/Music Questionnaire' that we ask the couple to fill out (gives particulars about what songs should be played at different stages of ceremony/reception.) Also, a 'Music Request List Sheet' (details favorite songs the couple wants to hear during the dancing part of the reception .) If you request that PES perform the Master of Ceremonies function at the reception, there will be a form provided that has entries for: the names of the bridal party members, order of entry at reception, and whatever announcements the couple wishes to be made.
Your wedding should not be remembered in a negative way due to inadequate, low quality sound (or too loud sound), poor lighting, or unprofessional conduct by the DJ. On the contrary, it should be remembered as the occasion that two people joined as one before family and friends.
